就在2016的除夕前兩天賣掉了變速箱出問題的2006 Golf 2.0 TDI
(原廠說修好要傳21萬來等),牽了一部1.4 Tiguan回家,想說依VW
前車之鑑,車價花個100萬,九年維修保養花個3,50萬(換了兩次壓
縮機,年年換冷氣感應器,換過電瓶,正時皮帶...等),林林總總加起
來雖然接近買BMW X1 的錢,但想說時間久攤開來負擔,比較不會
像一次花完這樣guilty (還得存養育一位三歲小可愛的經費).
但千金難買早知道,夢靨是這樣開始的,新車交車時引擎蓋一打開
檢查,看到好多螺絲都嚴重生銹,Sales說那正常,接著新車開出營業
所車上就傳來一股焦味,我先生說大概是新引擎在磨合的味道吧,
那時接近黃昏,沒注意是否有其他異狀,就全家高高興興開上國道
十號到旗山美濃給它來個芬多精之旅,期間只發現它的車燈比之
前老Golf還不亮,不習慣.當天回到家已經晚上十一點. 隔天早上
先生及小孩先下樓把它開出車庫暖車,我下樓注意到的不是新車
或車裡的家人,而是感覺奇怪,除夕當天早上約十點多,體感溫度
並不太冷,怎麼白色Tiguan前檔及車蓋兩側冒出些許白煙.
我想說會不會是我沒睡飽頭昏眼花了,趕緊跳進車子後座,然後跟
在駕駛座滑手機的先生說, <公,你看看外面,天氣太冷Tiguan會冒煙耶!>
結果我不說還好,一說完我先生大腳踩了一下油門,那煙就像煙柱
一樣往上竄,讓我跟小朋友都嚇到叫了出來. 因為年前趕交車,隔熱
紙都來不及貼, 隔壁第五間的鄰居先生本來在花圃澆花,放眼看到
坐在冒煙的車裡的我們,在遠處跟我們比著打叉叉的手勢, 可是我
先生說修車場離家不遠,現在慢慢開過去,也許還有人留守,可以幫
忙處裡. 結果車子沿路白煙嬝嬝, 在我們旁邊的機車騎士們個個
都對我們行注目禮之後閃的遠遠的,深怕靠我們太近的話,車子起
火會被波及. 唉!到了車場, 師傅一看到我們的狀況,只說<這車子
看起來很新, 怎麼會…> 然後其中一位師傅開了引擎蓋,伸出手要
去碰渦輪查問題, 結果差一點被灼傷,還得用高壓水柱去降溫.才
可以碰引擎拆底盤 唉! 整個渦輪外及車身下方漏的滿滿都是油,
還焦焦的顏色.
師傅說應該換個墊片就可以解決.並以此說法告知其營業處經理.
可是,我們難過極了. 才兩天的車,就冒煙差一點起火. 所以我們堅
持不修, 並要求換一部車給我們或讓我們退車. 當時其營業處經理
爽快答應說年後開工後一定處理,可是到現在都快一個月了,那台車
還躺在保修廠,只跟我們說他正在努力寫報告向台灣福斯爭取,因為
有很多單位都要報告,所以要花很長的時間. 各位前輩,想請問如果
您是我, 會怎麼做讓
